1. Cancellations
- Quotes: Free to request and cancel at any time before a binding agreement.
- Bookings: Cancellations must be made in writing (email or form). If within 24 hours of booking, full refund (minus processing fees). After that, fees may apply based on progress (e.g., 50% if shipment is en route).
- No-Show or Changes: Changes to shipments may incur additional costs.
2. Refunds
- Eligible refunds (e.g., for overpayments or cancellations) are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds do not cover third-party fees (e.g., customs duties or carrier charges).
- We do not offer refunds for completed services or uncontrollable delays.
3. How to Request

4. Exceptions
No refunds for services impacted by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) or client-provided inaccurate information.
